At Epomaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for processing.

Our technical team will review your request within 24-48 hours and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original box, include the RMA form inside, and ship the package to the designated warehouse address provided by our team.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, we will inspect the item for any damages; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
